My name is Vissuta. I was born in Thailand and raised in California, and from a very young age I fell in love with baking. What began as curiosity in the kitchen slowly became a lifelong dream—to one day open a bakery of my own. Over the years, baking became more than a craft; it became a form of therapy, a place where I found peace, purpose, and joy.

Manna Sourdough Co. was created from that love—shaped by passion, patience, and years of dedication to mastering the art of sourdough. Every loaf is a reflection of the care, time, and intention poured into this journey.
